After 7 years of owning the cheese shop i forget how lucky me and my family are to have most cheeses available to me. So although we don’t have cheese boards every evening i will try to incorporate cheese into to our daily meals……because……well it is the most delicious ingredient ever! Im sure you all agree!
So this is a weeks worth of meals i have made & have been made for me.
The most beautiful goats cheese salad, from the a gorgeous little cafe just down the road to the Cheese Shop in Muswell Hill
This was my first attempt at The Baked Camembert Bread
Here is the video below how to recreate it, it was super easy and was an amazing centre piece for the whole family to share

These are one of my favourite things to cook, when there is nothing in the fridge all i have to do is unroll a puff pastry sheet. Cut the sheet into 6 and bake for 10 minutes once it starts to brown i fill it with whatever cheese we have in the fridge some veg and a bit of meat stick in back in the oven for another 10 minutes…….hey presto an easy lunch in 20 mins perfect way to use up left overs. The ones above have red pepper, parma ham, onions, Tunworth & pecorino cheese!
Last Sunday we had a fantastically sunny day so we had our first BBQ of 2016 and it was glorious, along side lots a lots of beautiful British meat we have a HUGE chargrilled vegetable Salad. Again super easy i put some vegetables on the BBQ for about 10 minutes added then added them to some fresh spinach, pine nuts, pomegranates, sesame seeds and stunning English Goats Cheese Tunworth!
Also i made some little Halloumi burgers with fresh tomato and red onions, i ran out of burger buns but a wholemeal muffin did the trick!
In honor of #nationalgrilledcheeseday 2016 we made a huge pill of grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch for all the girls in the cheese shop! NOTHING is better than a grilled cheese sandwich! These ones contain Godminster Cheddar, Raclette and Montgomery Cheddar!
