Ingredients
- 250 g Burrata
- Large tomato cut into slices
- Homemade or shop bought pesto
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 15 g butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Once you have cooked or bought your pancake.
Fry your tomatoes until soft and browned.
Step 2
Smother your pancake in pesto first,
Then tear a burrata ball on to the pancakes and top with the fried tomato
Step 3
Once they are cooked then stack your pancakes filled with the cheese nice and gooey.
Drizzle maple syrup on and enjoy.
Lovely topped with bacon too

- Montgomery Cheddar Grated 50g
- Comte Grated 50g
- Mozzarella grated 100g
- American Fluffy Pancakes x 6
- Maple Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a pan to medium heat. Add a ready to go American pancake then add your cheese mix on top and add another pancake . Cook on one side for a couple of minutes then flip.
Step 2
Once the cheese has melted pop these to one side, even in a warm oven to keep them melty.
Then repeat with your next two pancakes, then the final two.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper
Then drizzle balsamic glaze to finish.

How to make it
Heat your crepe in a frying pan until crispy
Pop a thick layer of chocolate spread on top.
Then sprinkle small chucks of your clue cheese.
Heat until melted and enjoy
