Supporting The British Cheese industry that have been effected by Covid 19

Decor Online Store Website-2

This selection brings together three fantastic British cheeses that are need of  your support. By buying this box you’ll help to continue the production of theses cheeses and make sure they are around for generations to come, and you’ll get a delicious cheese selection delivered to your door.

These cheeses from British cheesemakers who have been particularly affected by the loss of the UK’s restaurant trade this year. By choosing something from this section, you are helping to secure the survival and future of Britain’s most traditional and most innovative contemporary cheeses.

We are also very keen to support British Farmhouse cheese as a huge amount of british cheese makers are struggling. Many have been forced to stop making cheese completely.

So this is my Support British Cheese Makers board, these are British cheesemakers who have been particularly affected by the loss of the UK’s restaurant trade this year. By choosing supporting, we are helping to secure the survival and future of Britain’s most traditional and most innovative contemporary cheeses.

Colston Bassett Stilton, The best blue ever in my option.

Stilton is not just for Christmas, it is perfect all year round.
And this is what you call a blue cheese!!! Colston Bassett is wonderfully creamy and smooth textured with a delicious savoury blue cheese tang that balances its richness.
So with these I love pairing it with honey comb. its unreal.

Westcombe Cheddar

My favourite cheddar, Westcombe is one of only four authentic Somerset farmhouse Cheddars in the world. The cheese has a wonderfully full and complex savoury flavour, with a slightly tangy finish. And I have paired this with homemade piccalilliy for a delicious ploughman’s.

Kirkham Lancashire

The Kirkhams have been making cheese for three generations; this is a traditional, creamy, unpasteurised Lancashire cheese, with a wonderfully moist, pressed texture, and a mellow tang.
