What Dad Doesn’t Love Cheese
Looking for inspiration for Father’s Day? Is your Dad a cheese lover?
For Father’s Day, The Father Day Cheese Box is an ideal gift. Found in the box is:
Montgomery’s is a cheese is aged in cloth . It is golden and glorious: rich, nutty and sweet, with a full lingering flavour and the slightly crumbly texture that is characteristic of a properly developed, cloth-bound cheese. Matured for around 14 months, Montgomery’s Cheddar is complex, with a real depth of flavour.
Colston Basset Stilton
Winner of ‘Gold’ at World Cheese Awards 2018
This cheese is hand-made by Colston Bassett team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex. This is my favourite blue cheese EVER.
This Petit Munster hails from the Alsace region and has been produced there for almost 1000 years. Traditionally produced by monks, the name is a derivative of the Latin for monastery. Traditionally eaten with boiled potatoes and a sprinkling of cumin seeds.
Camden Brewery Pale Ale
Camden Town Brewery’s Pale Ale is a proper lesson in trans-Atlantic relations. A zingy American hop profile with juicy citrus and spicy resin notes is laid on top of an elegant English-style maltiness. Its smooth mouthfeel and restrained bitterness are a refreshing finish to this drinkable, un-shouty Pale Ale. Amazing paring with cheese.
Including a “I love you more than cheese, Dad” Card
Also Our boxes are supporting The British Cheese makers that have been effected by Covid 19.
