Pyrenees Chevre is a superb hard goat’s milk cheese. Produced on a farm in the Pyrenees, using the sweet milk of a herd that grazes in the Vallee d’Aspe. Made only during the summer months, this cheese is unique, at first its flavour is subtle unlike most goat’s milk cheese, but then a strong rich after taste hits and lingers on the palette. This cheese is a must for all goats’ milk lovers.
