This gorgeous blue cheese is made by Louis and Jane Grubb in Tipperary, Northern Ireland. The chutney is from Rubies in the Rubble, the founder Jenny became conscious about the problem of food waste after seeing the amount of discarded produce at fruit and veg markets. So she began using theses fruits and vegetables to create these delicious chutneys
