    The Modern Cheese Board

This is everyday, super-easy cheeseboard. You can use whatever you have to hand
in the fridge or local shop and create a stunning centrepiece that is guaranteed to impress. Whether it is for a starter, main course, dessert or even an indulgent snack, the beauty of being able to assemble a board like this is it will work for any occasion and shouldn’t take much effort at all.

This box contains the three cheese you need for this board plus a set by set guide how to assemble your own board at home. Plus the pairing for this glorious board

    The Cheeses are:

    36 month Comté

Comte, one of France’s most famous cheeses, has a long and rich history dating back centuries, hailing from a region that specializes in creating this AOC-protected cheese. Our 36 Month Aged Comte has rich flavors of dried fruit, brown butter, hazelnut, and a surprisingly supple texture.

    Cabrales

Cabrales blue cheeses made in adjoining regions on the North Coast of Spain, and are almost indistinguishable from each other. Cabrales is always made from a mix of cow, sheep and goat milks, while Picon is occasionally made from strictly cow’s milk. Nonetheless, these cheeses are more similar than different.

    Mini Brie

This brie has a delicious mild and creamy flavour and melting, smooth texture using the finest natural ingredients. Cornish milk is rich and creamy and gives the Brie a characteristic yellow, buttery colour. Cornish Brie is made using full fat, pasteurised cow’s milk sourced from Cornwall.

     * Please note this box only includes the Cheeses & the instructions to create this board.
